Find Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the information below to understand your shipment's progress.

How to Track Your Package

  1. Look for an email from us with the subject: "Your UseYourGadgets Order Has Shipped!"

  2. Your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website will be in that email.

Understanding Tracking Status

  • Label Created / Pre-Shipment: Your order is processed and a label is prepared. The carrier has not yet received the package.

  • In Transit: Your package is on its way. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking updates to become active after shipping.

  • Delivered: The carrier has confirmed delivery at the address provided. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

What If I Can't Find My Tracking Email?

  • First, check your spam or junk folder.

  • If it's been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you have no shipping email, please contact us.
